Heads up Cape Town Music lovers, there is somewhere new and exciting hosting live music on the last Wednesday of every month, starting from 31 July. The V&A Foodmarket is the place to be for those seeking an eating experience with a vibrant atmosphere, plenty of variety at affordable prices. Now add some great music and it’s a destination not to be missed.
Wednesday 28 August features Jesse Jordan. From winning a national talent competition (Shell Road to Fame), he went on to getting a major record deal with Universal to starting the JJB (Jesse Jordan Band) and recording 4 albums. Hundreds of live shows followed in countless live music venues and festivals in South Africa, Namibia and Europe. Jesse Jordan has been the opening act for both Rodriguez and Johnny Clegg. A very talented artist, Jesse has honed his ability to entertain & give 150% in every performance.
Wednesday 25 September features Daizy Jane, a professional & super talented duo. They have a unique repertoire that covers listening as well as pop and dance floor classics, including some rare gems which not many other other bands do.
