Alan & Shelley Duo

Recently relocated to the Garden Route from Cape Town, Alan and Shelley specialise in music from the 60’s,70’s,80’s,90’s.

Since picking up his first guitar at the late age of 33, Alan now has over 30 years behind him, fronting various bands.

Shelley started out on keyboards & vocals at age of 19. She joined Alan in 1997 and together they formed a 5-piece band, “Detour”, then a change of line-up to “Out Of The Blue” playing the circuit in and around Zimbabwe.

From Zimbabwe, they moved to Cape Town in 2000, where they enjoyed popularity playing at various venues, including Café Pescado, Ferrymans Irish Tavern, Pirates Streakhouse, Madeira Restaurant/Bar, Fishermans, Viper Lounge, The Range Market, Saggy Stone Villagers and many more.

Their Repertoire ranges from well-known oldies, eeasy listening, Country rock, blues, reggae, disco and and good ole Sing-A-Longs.
